Vincent G. Dong, LEAP Founder & Owner, C.A.

Vincent Dong is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ontario, a Commerce graduate of McMaster University and has been a Chartered Accountant in Toronto for over twenty years. In 2007, Vincent founded LEAP, the first language school in Toronto specifically dedicated to assisting internationally-educated accounting professionals in Canada.

Vincent is passionate about helping internationally educated professionals advance their careers in the Canadian accounting industry. He recognizes the value of their experience and how their expertise enriches Canadian companies and the profession.

In addition to running his own accounting and consulting practice, he is also the President of Advantage Software Canada Inc.

Dan Johns, Program Manager, Hon. B.A., Cert. TESL

Dan Johns holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Cognitive Science from the University of Toronto. He is a TESL certified English language professional with over 10 years in the field of language education.

Dan has helped many working professionals improve their business communication skills both in Canada and overseas. Employees from companies including CTV/Globe Media, Johnson & Johnson and ColgatePalmolive have benefited from his instruction.

Tiffany Longboat, Program Coordinator

Beginning as a co-op student in 2009, Tiffany is proud to be the newest addition to the LEAP team.  Tiffany is a recent graduate of the Business Administration program at Humber College, where she focused on International Business and Logistics.
